MEET THE DESJARLAIS’
Darren and Steph Desjarlais are coffee lovers. Wanting to build a family legacy, they decided to build a coffee business inspired by their children and their love of coffee. There was a gap in the community for a family-owned, Indigenous coffee producer, and they decided to take the leap. Sourcing their beans from a premium roaster in Edmonton, they have perfected their product offerings over the years and are now proud to offer a range of products including: whole and ground coffee, cold brew coffee, hibiscus tea, coffee condiments and set-up services for businesses, and a new mobile concession trailer that will allow them to bring premium coffee beverages to events across Alberta.

A smooth single origin Colombian coffee from small farms in Huila region. This coffee offers a lot of natural sweetness and a full body in your morning cup. Morning Voyage brings flavour notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and butterscotch.
Our Honduran Cold Brew delivers rich chocolatey smoothness with a refreshing crisp finish. Sourced from the high altitude farms of Honduras, these premium beans are expertly brewed for hours unlocking deep naturally sweet flavours without bitterness.
Cold brew is available black or with sugar-free flavourings.
